The official trailer for the upcoming release of Night of the Demons has hit the net, and we have it embedded below for your viewing pleasures. Watch this one at home, though, as it is strictly NSFW!
This remake of the classic 1988 film was done by husband and wife horror movie making team Adam and Jace Gierasch. In it, a Halloween party kicks off at the old Broussard Mansion, where 80 years prior six people mysteriously disappeared while the mansion's owner, Evangeline Broussard, committed suicide by hanging. The evening's festivities get pretty wild, though soon enough people find that the mansion is also home to a collection of ancient demons who wish to break free of their prison - and need lives, blood, and souls in order to do so.
The trailer contains good mixture of cheesy 80's style partying and demonic monster mayhem, including blood, boobs, and shrieking skull faces. I'll give it this - it does look like fun, even with all the gouda.
Night of the Demons stars Monica Keena, Shannon Elizabeth, Edward Furlong, Bobbi Sue Luther, Tiffany Shepis, Michael Copon, and Linnea Quigley. Unfortunately the decision whether to see it in theaters or catch it on DVD has been made for you, as the studio opted to launch straight to DVD and Blu-ray. Look for it on DVD shelves by October 19, 2010. Check out the trailer and let us know what you think below!
I know like 8 of the people in this, and I'm still totally not looking forward to it. Is it just me, or is Edward Furlong growing another person out of his neck?
I think he kind of gained some weight and maybe it's the way he is positioned. Man ugh Edward how could you, I can't believe you dated Paris Hilton. I mean seriously let's see how that conversation went.
*Drunk and snorting lines of coke*
Weren't you in that movie with Arnold like where he played a robot or something?
You know I am still a fan despite his personal problems and it hurts me people rag on him. Like my stupid ex, who just knows him for the Terminator idiot. "Well he had his 15 mins." Because dude still has a lot of talent I think deep down inside, seriously I never balled my eyes out so much during his death in American History X in my entire life.
And you know that crappy crow movie they did, you were the only thing that kept it likable and thought you made a decent crow and I love those comic books.
