To make up for showing up late in July, we’ve got not one but two studs of the month for you: Adam Robitel and Christopher McDaniel!

Adam is very proud of Chris's abs
These two model-hot actors star in the new horror comedy sequel 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams, out this month from director (and former Stud) Tim Sullivan on DVD! And if you ask them, they sound like they had a great time making it happen. Both play demented, silly characters made all the more ridiculous by how incredibly great they look with their shirts off. Chris is a former Days of our Lives player (so you know he’s got that ‘chiseled’ thing down) and Adam rocks the blue eyes. Adam’s blond surfer good-looks contrasts with Chris’s tall dark and handsome thing - so there’s something for everyone. You can thank me after you look at their pictures and read their interviews.

Adam does not condone the use of the confederate flag as a symbol for racial segregationist ideals, but this goat does.
Describe your characters in 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams.
Chris: Rufus is a little off, in many ways. He does everything to make Daddy and Granny Boone happy. Always in competition with Lester and Harper for Daddy's approval finds him volunteering for more than usually planned. Toying with his prey he sees them nothing more than a piece of meat, such as a "porterhouse steak".
Adam: Lester is Mayor Buckman and Granny Boone's sheep loving, henchman son. Lester is a dammed soul, (who like the rest of the Maniacs), is hell-bent on retribution for the raping and pillaging of our southern town by northern aggressors, during the civil war. Once a year we are allowed to come back and feast on northerners, when the moon is full, are chakras are connected, and Jupiter aligns with Mars.

Be careful so that Adam's chin doesn't cut you!
Chris, you were on Days of our Lives. Therefore, you must know the answer to this following question: On a soap opera, it is always true that:
a) someone's baby got kidnapped by an escaped, obsessed mental patient
b) there is an underground kingdom of some kind that only a few people know about.
c) Everyone is rich but never seems to be at work
d) no one is fat unless they are old
e) all of the above
Chris: All of the above, including nudity as a normality all seasons of the year. For some reason I always seem to have my shirt off on soaps. Hey, it’s daytime TV though, right? We have to make it exciting somehow.

Adam is going to keep his costume to use in his new serial killers-in-the-west movie because it just fits so well
Adam, you’re developing a film about America's first serial killing family... tell us about it!
Adam: Okay, well at the risk of exposing my hand...
The script is based on the unbelievable true story of a German immigrant family who opened an inn on the Kansas territory and started the mass slaughter of settlers. Lead by their young daughter Kate, a seductress graced with otherworldly beauty, the Benders enjoyed an illustrious career of killing (some say upwards of twenty people) before vanishing without a trace! The Bloody Benders is one of the great-untold stories in American history and deals with powerful themes of greed, love, and redemption and is currently being set up by one of the baddest ass producers in town!

Chris is unhappy because his butcher knife is impractically large!
What's the most romantic thing anyone's ever done for you?
Chris: Wow... Ok. ... I would say many years ago I had this girlfriend that didn't have much money come valentines. She made me the sweetest gift, almost like an art project. It was a bag with hearts all over it and inside was all these folded up hearts with romantic things written on them (massage, French kiss, make a romantic dinner, and much hotter ones). She had some sort of game set up with it as well. I think the bag lasted a couple weeks too, kind of like a gift that kept giving.
Adam: Held a door for me.

Why Adam lets this photo float around is mystifying. Bat Maaaan!
What are your turn-ons?
Chris: Wine, Tequila, and Jagermeister. No, really. I like a nice beat to set the mood, massage, and romance. Long hair is always one of my turn on's. A woman with beautiful long hair to complement the body drives me crazy.
Adam: Intelligence. Tan lines. Blonds. Brunettes. Goofy sense of humor. Searching lips. The sun and salt of the beach. A dark side. Irreverence for this cosmic accident called life.

This is Chris at his day job at the gay day spa.
What are your turn-offs?
Chris: Snobby attitude, ditzy, dumb, arrogant, know-it-alls and the conceited. I usually try to find a quick escape from those situations.
Adam: Yanni.

From 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams. Director Tim Sullivan knows how to light Chris's abs just...so.
Chris’s Extra Credit: You have a southern accent in 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams. You're also from North Carolina, so, do you have a southern accent in real life?
Chris:Always after a few drinks. Otherwise it is turned on and off at will.

Adam in the made-for-tv thriller 'Lagoon of Lies: The Christopher Atkins Story' premiering on Lifetime TV this summer!
Adam’s Extra Credit: Please use the words 'Mutant', 'Wall', and 'Inbred' in a sentence together:
Adam: A wall of mutants are no match for inbred Maniacs, no matter which way you cut it, because Maniacs never die!

I didn't know what to say to this because really, I wasn't sure if I should post this picture at all. Adam obviously has no shame.
Even better, these guys are on Facebook where you can friend them and talk to them like real people! I'm not kidding! Maybe ask chris for some ab excerice techniques? Stalk them?
