The new Cass McCombs (who?) music video "Dreams-Come-True-Girl" from the album Catacombs (out now) features actress Karen Black, known for her parts in Easy Rider and Five Easy Pieces, as well as dozens of cult horror films. This strange, David Lynchian creepy sad semi-country song gets weirder and weirder and when Karen kicks in with some additional vocals, you'll ask Agent Cooper who the weird singing stripper is.
Holy crap, you weren't kidding! The video went from kind of off beat and sad to deep in the heart of David Lynch in an instant.
The only thing it is missing is a midget talking backwards. Or a demon suddenly materializing in the middle of the floor and attacking one of the skaters.
