Katee Sackhoff needs frak ups like you to help fight AIDS

Katee Sackhoff, best known as Kara Thrace (Starbuck) on the sci-fi series revival Battlestar Galactica, is taking part in the AIDS walk in Los Angeles on October 18th, 2009, and she's reaching out to her fans to sponsor her!

Katee's walking team, The Frak Ups, are asking you to go to the Aids Walk website and sponsor her, donating whatever you can afford, even a few bucks. Jane Espenson speaks about the return of 'Battlestar Galactica' in 'The Plan' and 'Caprica'

At the San Diego Comic Con, Battlestar Galactica and Caprica series writer Jane Espenson called her script for the Battlestar Galactica continuation film The Plan "a puzzle," because it retells much of the BSG mythology from the Cylon point of view, strictly adhering to the canonical timeline while still telling an entertaining, darkly humorous tale. In a nutshell, said Espenson, we fans can expect The Plan to be about "what happened on the other side of that door after Starbuck walks through." The Plan director Edward James Olmos, meanwhile, said simply, "You will freak out."...
